Domestic – local authority
We are very effective, efficient and experienced at delivering plumbing, heating and mechanical services on behalf of local authorities.
Our founder, Dave McGough used to work for Gateshead MBC, and all of our managerial team have recent local authority experience.
We understand the needs and constraints of local authorities and we are totally committed to helping them meet targets.
We have a partnering agreement with one of the three companies contracted by Gateshead MBC deliver the upgrades required for the Decent Homes programme. During 2008/9 this we will be replacing heating appliances and upgrading kitchens and bathrooms in 650 local authority homes.
In addition to this upgrading work, we are also have a maintenance contract to provide heating repairs in local authority housing across the whole borough.
We provide a variety of other services for local authorities in the North East Region.
